The Challenge
Lawdocs Xpress came to Acorn Interactive in 2003 with an online business concept for the legal industry. The company was struggling to manage its processes and operations using conventional PC tools.
The Work
Acorn Interactive brought its business consulting and software development expertise to the table and proposed the development of a secure Extranet** (to manage all the Lawdocs administrative functions) and a workflow system that could be adopted by national and international law firms to reduce document processing costs and guarantee fast turnaround time. Since its inception, Lawdocs has processed more than a million jobs through its custom, online application - an application adopted by some of the largest law firms in the world. ** Secure, private Internet-based application.
